Light

Light in the waning days of summer takes on a life of its own. Rays shine thru the fence highlighting the ferns and hostas with a horizontal beam. Long gone are fireflies, blinking on, blinking off, beckoning you to follow their light thru the garden. Softness bounces off bubbles floating on The Pond, bouncing so much the froggies no longer shine, they give only a glint. Northern Lights dance with a greater force, perhaps they know of our need for light. Mmmm, light what would we do without Mother Natures beams...
